"Work looks good and was done in good time. My only gripe was they didn't tell me the LED's they were using had such a warm color, I prefer the color be 5000 or higher. It's a drop ceiling and they went out and got tiles that match well to the current ceiling and cut the new lights into them quite well."

"We needed 4 ceiling fans installed. I had no true knowledge of the process but thanks to Derek and his team I'm more informed. Derek was patient and gave me advisement based on the photos I sent. With the Pandemic, I was not sure when his team would be able to do the job, but I was in for a pleasant surprise. I called Wednesday and he scheduled for the following day. His team was on time and definitely went the extra mile. At these trying times, when everyone's patience is short, his team could not have been more professional and kind. They even checked on another issue that wasn't even on the books. Alan was thorough and determined to troubleshoot. Its so hard to find good customer service but his team was exceptional. I was so pleased with the job, I was disappointed to hear that they don't offer other services besides electric. Sweetwater will be my goto for all my electrical needs.
