"Lance and his team are awesome and really saved me and my family. The house we bought needed a new roof and these guys got it done efficiently and quickly. There were a couple leaks around the chimney which we had patched by a different company previously to get us through. The patches didn't last as long as we had hoped so I had to move along with plans to replace sooner than expected. This situation was stressful but it could have been 10 times worse and I really appreciate that it wasnt. All due to the friendliness and professionalism from Lance. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
