The appt he had prior to us was very difficult and ran him latre, but we were kept informed. I was expecting a very frustrated tech when I welcomed him in, but Donnie met me with a warm smile and was quite pleasant to interact with. We care nothing about fancy work attire or anything else superficial. We simply wanted someone to be honest about what needed done and for that work to be completed by a true professional. This company, especially Donnie delivered exactly what we wanted plus more. We will not hesitate to invite them back and absolutely WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to others who need repairs. Today I hired Donnie to do work at my Mothers home as well, and I am quite confident she too will be more than pleased to know she has a HVAC company she can depend on 100%. Ignore any negative review you may run across, as I always say, there is more to hear than from just one person. Trust them to make things right for you."
