I had explained that we were told we would need a new furnace and A/C system by another contractor. I was told by Gnoth and Naragon Heating, LLC we did not need a new furnace or A/C and the extreme expense for a new system. The furnace & central A/C system did not need changed but they would test the A/C system for the leaks in the cooling system. We had the A/C system charged last summer due to a slow leak and were told then the whole system would have to be replaced this year. Gnoth gave me an estimate with the possibility of needing just a new A - coil only and would save me thousands of dollars. They were honest up front with what the estimate would cost and scheduled a date prior to the outdoor heat to test and correct the A/C system. Within a few days the service tech was here and repaired our system. A+ to the honesty, courtesy, knowledge, testing, and cost savings was every bit of 5 star rating and more.
