"Joseph and his crew were delightful and professional to work with. I wanted a stamped concrete driveway and Joseph took time to throughly explained to me the color and seal options. They came in leveled and graded my drive hauled away some dirt and broken concrete set the forms and finished the site prep all in one day They returned a day later poured and finished my 73 foot long 15 foot wide driveway on one day. They returned a day later to clean up, remove forms and apply the sealer. Upon their departure they left behind nothing but a beautiful Roman slate textured driveway! In the end I could not be happier! My driveway looks great and literally sparkles as if it was natural slate! Just as Joseph promised! You won't be disappointed!"

"We had previously (1 week prior) had our driveway replaced by a different contractor which was a disaster and needed to be redone. We contacted Mike from Iate Life Concrete to remove the concrete driveway and replace it with a new one. Mike was able to start right away and was very flexible with his schedule to accommodate our needs. Needless to say we were very skeptical of anyone that we talked to since we had such a bad experience just a week prior to meeting Mike. He was quite reassuring and calmed all our fears. The driveway came out perfect and their crew was very professional and knew what they were doing. My only complaint is that we ordered colored concrete and didn't get it. However, Mike did offer us several solutions for the problem so it ended up not being a problem in the end. We are very happy with the result and would hire Iate Life Concrete again."

"We had a huge job in our yard that included several aspects of technical work: walls, leveling, patio floors, drainage, irrigation, lighting, conduits, and more. We were very happy with the overall process of getting it done, efficiency of work, and communication. The finished patio looks great!"

"It was OK. I paid additional fees with a slightly bigger job. A sewer pipe collapsed and they had to cut into the concrete to get to the pipe and the guys didn't cut it straight so it needed to be redone, so they ripped that out. In our driveway we had a crack in it and they poured a little concrete in that. We also had a garage with an old foundation and we put a new door in it and there was an inch gap between the door and the bottom and they made a little concrete raise to seal the door when it closes. It felt like some of the stuff they did wasn't the best quality and also the stuff we asked him to do he went with the cheapest fix so I wouldn't trash them. The mound they made for the garage door didn't adhere to the flooring and I don't know if they didn't prep the concrete properly or if that was expected to happen so I would say it was fine. We were trying to get the house ready to get the house sold. I don't know if I would call them again if I wanted a more permanent job. The guy and his crew were impressive though. One of them was huge and he broke up the foundation manually I thought he would have used a jackhammer and all of them were very nice."

"I cannot possibly write a review that stands up to the job that Manny and his team did on our backyard patio. It is absolutely INCREDIBLE work. First, letâ s start with the price: I had three quotes from three separate companies and Design Quality Concrete was right in the middle of them all and with the professionalism of him and his te he could easily charge much more for the work but sticks to a fair and affordable price. That is not something you see everyday in this world. Secondly during the planning phase he was very helpful in helping with the vision of what we wanted our backyard to become. Then the magic really began. Manny and his team came out swinging (literally) on demo day and had the entire frame and ground prepped in one day. The second day they added the gravel and the rebar and it was ready to pour. For a 21x15ft patio that is an impressive feat to have done in two days. Then came the rain and the delays until a sunny day for pouring. Manny was incredibly responsive and kept me well informed of the situation and how the schedule was being impacted and how we were moving forward. When the day came to pour the concrete his team was spectacular again and really made our patio one of a kind and incredibly special. Throughout the entire process Manny was everything you would want in a contractor and more. I would recommend him and his company to anyone that asks and if you read this review and are trying to decide who you should hire I am here to say 100% you should hire Design Quality Concrete LLC for your job!
