"Within a week, Jared called us and said he had time to do the work.  He had said it would be a one day job.  He called me in the middle of the day and said that he would have to do some modifying to the original plan due to unforeseen problems inherent with a 70 year old house.  He explained our options, and was able to describe it over the phone well enough that I could picture what he meant.  I agreed with his assessment of what would work best.  I felt secure that Jared would make it work.  We have had him do two other projects that ended up great.  Even with the slight detour in the plan and having to go to the lumber yard for more lumber, he was still done that evening.  We are very happy with the way it turned out aesthetically, plus the porch is now so much safer.  (The previous post was not even attached to the porch.  Jared said he removed it with a kick.)  After Jared is done with a job, we never even know he was there.  He cleans up the project with the same detail he gives to the work.  <br />"

"Andy was WONDERFUL in helping us figure out an oddly shaped fence line. We ended up with a couple of types of fence, some chain link and some with some 9 foot tall deer fencing that we had never gotten around to using. Andy was patient in putting up with my frequent changes to where the various gates and lines should be. His gate provider had flaked out on him, and he came and rigged temporary gates for us to be able to let our dogs out. We had an emergency situation requiring a wheelchair ramp, which he made happen in less than a week. We look forward to using his services for a new deck in the future."

"We just finished our wood deck project with Master Decks LLC. We highly recommend this company. First, we found them on google search. They had high rating on google, so we called them. They responded right back the next day, and we scheduled a sales person visit. Cary, our sales person was so helpful and knowledgeable. He assisted us making the right decisions on layout, materials, and price. After we had a zoom meeting with him, we were fortunate to have our deck started. Our deck dimension is 14 by 12. We added 8 feet stairs on the side. Also, we chose to build a bench as a part of railing. Our railing is black and white. Secondly, we absolutely loved the construction team. Ryan, the supervisor came to discuss before the construction. The job was done mainly by Justin Kirby. We had his assistant Justin as well. Their work ethic was excellent as well as their work. Mr. Kirby is skillful and took time to explain and answer all the questions to my husband and myself. They were very pleasant to be around. The construction took them about a week. Throughout the process, their professional manner gave me sense of peace and that was priceless. Finally, we appreciate our dream wood deck everyday with our morning coffee.
