"Appointment was prompt and professional.  Discussion included options additional work.  Representative was honest in saying he was 3 weeks behind and asked if that would that be a problem.  I was out of town when the work was completed.  All appears to be good, but we have not had heavy rain or heavy falling of leaves (but it's close!).   The only negative were a few cigarette butts and scrap metal trimmings I had to police up.  Overall...satisfied.
