"He was not able to repair my washer and recommended I buy a new one. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and even advised me on what new washer to buy. I am 75 years old and have had this washer for many a year so was not surprised or disappointed that he could not fix it. It was leaking waterâ ¦lots. Even though it could not be fixed it was a good experience and I would certainly use this service again."
