"My experience was great from the phone call to the technician leaving. I called on Monday to receive service and due to high demand, the soonest I could get scheduled was Friday. The rep offered to put me on a short call list. Later that evening I received a call that the technician could honor my availability on the short call list. I was extremely pleased. Joe W., the technician was friendly. He called prior to the visit and made sure to keep his presence tidy (I've had techs track in dirt before). He immediately went to the problem - a blown fuse within yhe furnace. It would have been extremely easy for him to turn a blown fuse into a costly repair or even charge outrageous rates for doing so. Joe explained me to me the innerworkings of the furnace as well as simple maintenance for my HVac systems in the future. Although he explained the one year service agreement, there was zero high-pressure sales. The name of the company and the service matched up. Kuddos to leadership at this company! You have a lifetime customer and I will be sure to tell others. Thank you for your honesty and professionalism."

"I first contacted Franklin Heating and Cooling in 2015 right after moving to this neighborhood and needed my thermostat replaced. Their pricing was great, the technician was nice and they got the job done right away. I then had low freonagain a few years later and cashed them again. I then started using them fairly regularly, twice a year for maintenance. I did call another company for service at one point and that proved to be a mistake, I reported that company to the BBB. I resumed using Franklin Heating and Cooling and have called them ever since for my HVAC needs. Caleb came out on a Sunday when my blower quit working, he was back first thing Monday to replace it (I was very grateful as I have a health condition). Most recently I decided to have my HVAC system replaced as a preventive measure as my furnace and AC unit were nearly 20 years old. Gary quoted me a great price and was able to get it scheduled within a weeks time. Jeremy and Ryan came out to do the installation and they were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable! Jeremy was a life- saver pointing out that we had ductwork that pulled in outside air, but it could be opened and closed as needed. This was in response to my indicating if had some issues even with the air on. Franklin Heating and Cooling are a caring bunch of professionals with great customer service skills and knowledge.
