Very complete and each step explained. "We had used Soots Me for chimney work many years ago and when we bought a new house this summer that required chimney work, my first thought was to contact Soots Me again.  It took a day or two to hear back from Steve but once we did, an appointment was set to see what needed to be done, an estimate was received soon after and we scheduled the work.  The work required was to take more than one day and we did have a weather delay put us back a couple of days.  Steve made sure the chimney was well covered during the delay to prevent rain from leaking into the house.  I asked Steve if we should expect the main chimney to need sweeping in a year and after asking about our burning habits (frequently), he explained that given the particulars of our chimney (we have a very large fireplace/flue) he didn't think we would need to do it.  He said to call him to come take a look and if it didn't need to be done, he'd tells us to call him in another year.  We will not hesitate to contact Soots Me again for any chimney work we need. <br />"

Because of the size and complexity of our roof it took around 5 days to complete. The fact that we had dry weather was a plus. From Chris, who was our salesman, to the guys who replaced the roof (hot days) they were all very professional. Clean up afterwards was also very good.
