"If you care about the safety of your kids and pets don?t used them for heating and cooling! We hired Apex to install a new furnace and thermostat in December. The installation seemed fine at first. But when we left town for a few days and left the air conditioning on for our cat, we came back to a nightmare. The heat was running at full blast and the house was well over 100°F. It was dangerously hot?this could have killed our cat. This wasn?t a small mistake. It was a serious failure, either in how the system was installed or configured.
