"The work that was provided was performed promptly and the crew leader was responsible and offered some extra interior drain lines due to the fact that the crawl space was extremely open making it very easy to do their work. They did the extra exterior drain line installation per the contract footage pricing to take the sump line to the street curb. very quickly and appearing to be quite well done. The testing of the sump action when they added water to the interior sump pit showed a quick deposit of water into the street. However, I am still seeing evidence of water in the CMU surfaces above elevation of the new interior drain line that was installed. I assume this to indicate that something should have been done at the wall exterior to take water away from the foundation (probably the J-channel installation)."

"I had OBA install outdoor french drains and new downspouts a couple of years before they waterproofed my basement. They were the only company I could find who did it all. Basement waterproofing included removing old, putting in new: full inside perimeter drainage, enlarge sump pit, 2 sump pumps, I-beams and carbon fiber straps. Added in brand new: battery backup for sump and vapor barrier on most affected wall. When my basement got wet a year later after the work was done, they didn't hesitate to schedule someone to inspect. If was heavy condensation, barely a thin puddle compared to 2 inches of flowing water. They had to rework a 6 ft section and add cement around the I-beams, each on their own call outs. They didn't charge because I have a lifetime warranty, transferable to the next owner. I'll be working with them again soon for a professional level dehumidifier."

They were out the same day I called to do the job and it went very well. A few weeks later we were the market for a new hot water tank. Again, they were out the same day I called to check out the old tank and give us a free estimate. They did it all; checked for permits, removed the old tank, hauled it away and delivered/installed the new tank. "Their work was good but greatly overpriced; $825.00 to scope the main drain and clean it with a pressurized water hose. 50 minutes of work for a very easy straightforward drain cleanout. Unfortunately, I was at a hard place and had to get it done that day. So, I went with them. Now you know their price and can think twice before calling them."

"I had a drain from my gutter downspout stopped up which was causing water to backup into my sunroom. They came quickly and told me what they would do which was to cleanout all the drain from the gutters of which I had five. I had already discontected two downspouts at my sunroom to expose the opening from the drain. They hooked up their pressure hose to the first drain and that cured my problem. They were here and gone in 20 minutes. They collected payment of $400. When I asked why it was so high they said they charge and flat rate for jobs however I thought that would be for all five downspouts. They emailed me the bill and on that were some items that I had done myself such a disconnecting and reconnecting the downspouts. They were there quick and did a good job but anyone using them should get a proposal saying exactly what they are charging for and make sure they do everything on that proposal."
