"Outstanding repair experience. Our shower was leaking. Primo started the repair and explained why we had the leak. Very cheap installation by the previous contractor. No pan just some sort of water proof paint. What a mess. Primo and his grandson completed the project in a few days and does it look great! We will contact Primo in the future if we have any other tile or grout issues. Thanks!!"

GM replaced and repaired the drywall and tile and even re-grouted the tiles on the bath walls for no extra charge. "We recently bought our first home and were looking to redo all of the floors before we moved in. Flooring Direct sent Steve out to meet us in our home with samples. He was very professional and easily likeable. He not only showed us samples, but gently guided us to making decisions that worked best with both of our tastes. Our ceramic tile is beautiful and the carpet is luxurious and not something I thought we would have been able to afford. In the end, we had about 2200 sqft of flooring replaced (give or take) and are very happy with the results. I would absolutely hire Flooring Direct again in the future."
