They came out and measured the decking, within three days they gave me a quote. They schedule my project, but they did not informed me, What day they were coming? The personnel did a great job of cleaning my deck. Their billing system could be better! I waited two weeks for their invoice to arrive at my home when it should have been in my hands within three days of completing my project.
