"I had them out and they gave me a reasonable quote for the work I wanted done, which was an enormous amount of work. I got it done in the Spring and we had decided to do a lot more stuff. He was always very reasonable. They were always prompt and his whole crew was always nice. I can't recommend them enough. They've just been extraordinary. They've gone way above and beyond in things they had to do. Our basement is very large and was in terrible condition, so it needed a lot. I feel I got my money's worth. They carried out these enormous heavy wet boxes. We've been having terrible rains, but my basement has stayed dry. They said anytime it fails, to let them know and they'll fix it. They can do lots of other things and I plan to use them for other things in the future."

"Very professional and did a great job with the install. I would highly recommend them to anyone. This was a very tedious project since the previous owner/contractor used little to no insulation in the ceiling and walls of the addition on our house. It was miserably cold in winter and miserably hot in this summer heat. Once the insulation was installed, there was an immediate change!! They came in, did great work, and cleaned up!"

"This is the closest category I could find for what I had done and know that they do this type of work. I hired this company to install a french drain in the back of my yard. There is a hill behind me and the grade from the house made the water collect in a swamp with nowhere to go. They did a great job of trenching out the entire width of that area, added perforated pipe with a filter cloth and gravel, then replacing the topsoil. They put a well with a sump pump at the end and tubing to pump the water out to the front of the house so it would go into the drainage system. Mike Jr., Brandon Powers, Eric Lawhon and Mike Houtchins were the team of workers and did a great job cleaning up afterwards also. It was a pretty large project but it only took them two days to complete. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend them."

"Josh and the team did a really big job for us last week. They encapsulated our large crawl space, treated wood for mold, installed a sump pump, filled multiple cracks in our foundation, added two drainage systems to the exterior of our house and even cleared out the original drainage pipes in our retaining wall. It was a lot of work and I couldn't be happier that we decided to go with General Waterproofing. We had several quotes from other companies, some much more expensive, but Josh was the only one that actually discovered WHY we had water in our crawlspace and created a plan to tackle that problem.
