"We interviewed several prospective contractors before deciding to work with Tim, but it was the best decision we made. From start to finish, this was not the remodeling nightmare that everyone prepared us for. Tim took time to fully understand our project, help us design two brand-new bathrooms in our upstairs space, and do it within our budget and more reasonably than any other contractor we had interviewed. Tim is extremely communicative and detailed, so we always knew where in the process we were, what was going to happen from week to week, and what we needed to do to prepare for the next phase of construction. Any changes, adjustments, or overruns (of which there were few) were discussed and agreed upon well-in advance. In the end, Tim built us two spacious bathrooms upstairs and moved our laundry up there, in the space of the original, small bathrooms. We loved the quality of work and loved working with Tim, and have already recommended him several times to friends and family. We would absolutely use him and his services again for future work. Plus our Great Danes love him."

"I hired CZ Services to build my new 700 sq.ft. Garage with a full second floor storage area. We have an 1893 Victorian farmhouse and wanted the garage to match our existing home. CZ Services did an amazing job, from working with our architect to getting all the permits and working with the electrician and plumber and concrete guys to give us our garagmahol! We couldn’t be happier with all the work that was performed. We also had them install a new 20x22 deck to replace our 40 year old cedar deck that was there from previous owners. They also did all the landscape surrounding the area incorporating our existing plants into the new landscape. Highly recommend this family owned and run business. "They were awesome. Went above and beyond. The price never changed. They were clean and meticulous and wanted to make sure we were happy. I even decided I wanted a bigger tub after he brought in the original one and I had him take it back. They did not complain or charge me more for the work. They are honest hard working, I can’t say enough positive things. The only negative and not really because it was Christmas time was a slight delay. To make up for that they wanted to work weekends and holidays as well. Pick them you won’t be disappointed."
