The tub manufacturer was late shipping to the provider. The manufacturer did not ship the size that was ordered. It appears that the original order would not have fit anyway, as the provider then decided to order a custom-built tub. On the 19th of December, the provider actually ran the electrical wire before concluding that the tub would not fit. The crew was in the house for about three hours."

"I found One Call Roofing by doing internet search for roof leak repair in Birmingham.  I called the number and was surprised to learn that I speaking directly with the owner of the company (rare these days).  I told him about a roof leak that I had on a winter rental house up in Hoover.  I explained that I sank a ton of money into other roofers who swore they could find the source of and repair the leak, just to have the same leak reappear! Steve told me that he could be there within an hour to put his eyes on it.  Well, he did exactly that and more.  His appearance was professional and for a big guy (built like an NFL lineman) he was up and down the ladder and covered every square inch of my roof.
Turns out it was the "chimney flashing" that was improperly installed back when I had a new roof put on about 3 years ago.  Not only did he surgically remove and replace the affected flashing which fixed the leak, he also repaired the small section of drywall in my sealing where the leak was coming through.
Bottom line is that I'm recommending One Call Roofing because he showed up on time, showed me proof of where the leak was originating, fixed the entire problem and stayed on budget."
