"The report was very professional and detailed. The response was fast. The price was expensive but due to the detail, understandable. I wouldn't hire again due to multiple requests for a completed report and estimate for the mold remediation and just getting robotic replies that didn't answer my questions."

"Ms. Yates is a Certified Indoor Environmentalist. <br /> We employed Ms Yates as a caretaker for our home when we had to be away <br /> for several months over the winter and extending into the summer months. <br /> She visited our home once a week and inspected it for any type of <br /> problem and reported back to us on a routine basis, as well as <br /> immediately if any problem was noted. She also arranged for, and <br /> oversaw, a house-cleaner to get our home ready for our return. <br /> Ms. Yates is a very reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable individual. We <br /> engaged her to watch our home during an extended period and she <br /> performed flawlessly. We were comfortable in knowing that our home would <br /> be protected in case any problem should arise. <br /> We would not hesitate to hire her again. "PuroClean showed up and began immediately to dry the damage floors. They also worked with our insurance company helping them understand the damage caused by the leak in a very short time, like less than a week. They were professional and provided Value for the their work including drying the damp areas from below the floor and above removing the possibility of a mold issue."

"Initial estimate and communications was somewhat frustrating. Took two visits by Paradise to get the project info accurate, but once they did owner Matt pulled together a professional bid package, which was followed by a professional contract. Also, communications improved when I realized that they didn't have an office person to respond to voice messages, and I started communicating directly with Matt via email. Fence removal and installation was pretty uneventful and was completed in 4-1/2 days on some of the hottest days in June of 2015. Paradise has been very expeditious in honoring their lifetime warranty in repairing 3 small installation issues that have popped up from high wind events, the latest in February 2016 . Overall things went pretty well and I love the fence. I would suggest if you leave a voice message, to follow it up with an email."
