"We are extremely happy with the work done by Thomas Custom Builders (TCB). Overall they did an amazing and outstanding job! They had a contractor on site, on time every day. Brian S. was professional, helpful, patient, hard working and skilled both in managing subcontractors and doing work himself. I trusted him with our home and would work with Brian/TCB again easily. I have already recommended their company to others. TCB renovated a few parts of our house, added electricity to a shed and added an entire master bedroom suite on an additional floor (adding approximately 550 sqft to our house). They finished earlier than expected. Our neighbors couldn't believe how fast the addition was completed and how well done. Any additional costs from the original budget estimate were due to our choice to add more work. I waited to write a review. I wanted to live in the addition for a little while to see how everything holds up. We have had only minor things arise and have been very pleased with the responsiveness of Brian and TCB to come back out and check on things. They came back to add a bracket to a new countertop that moved slightly, they shaved a door that was sticking as the weather changed, they fixed the damage done when carpets were installed by another company, they arranged for a rep from the hot water heater company to come out and fix a noise issue, all done at no additional cost to us. I have worked with contractors before but nothing on this level. It wasn't perfect, there were concerns that came up. I had to learn that this was major construction and with major construction comes mess. Brian and his team addressed our concerns and remedied any issue fairly. With so many negative stories I've heard from people who worked with other companies, I am so very thankful that we had such a good experience and ended up with such an amazing master suite and changes to our home. We love it and we receive many compliments. We chose to work with TCB because they came highly recommended by a neighbor who had similar work done and were very satisfied with their outcome."

"They did excellent work.  They were very honest and very efficient.  They were very punctual.  They provided me with very good feedback.  They provided me with ideas that will solve problems.  So it was not just having me solve the problem but they were willing to solve the problem with me and to do so in affordable fashion.

They were very professional the entire time."

"This was our second bathroom remodel by Capstone. The Team did a great job. Their tile work, both in the shower/tub area and on the bathroom floor is fantastic. We had new electrical outlets installed along the vanity and wanted an existing one on the side hall wall removed. Capstone noticed that we did not have an outlet in the hall and suggested moving the existing bathroom outlet down and around to face the hall rather than just not use it. Their thoughtfulness and suggestions set them apart."

"Additional work was needed to take the floor and walls down to studs and joists to remove rotten wood, so work took longer than originally estimated. Some items were back-ordered, adding to the length of the project. Workmanship looks excellent. I am very pleased with the new bath!"

"Devin (owner) and his crew delivered a completely remodeled house in time and on budget.  We could not be happier with everything that was done.  Devin is someone you can trust and I have recommended him to family and friends.  His crew is really polite and professional.  I often stopped by the house while it was under construction to take pictures and the job site was kept clean and
organized.

"Services were amazing, always on time, super responsive. Always ready to listen to Clients’ request. I would totally recommend him. Loved their service!"

"I have used Navid's Construction for several projects at two homes we've owned. The first job required replacing front porch posts on a vintage, 1928 Sears Craftsman Bungalow. We were selling the home and needed to replace a rotting wooden structural porch post having architectural design features that I was adamant about replicating exactly as the original construction. Navid was able to completely reconstruct both posts with their added design features and do that work FLAWLESSLY!! I was incredibly pleased with the final results that he was able to accomplish within one day between him and his crew. This was all done, btw, within one week of closing with our buyer in advance of the sale of the home! A bit harrowing for me, but no problem for Navid! He also tackled reinforcing a joist and taking care of some termite damage. I engaged him again for another home of ours to reinforce a termite damaged joist and repair a 2nd floor drain. Success on all fronts. Total pro; use NAVID!!"

"Tomas M from JW did a great job. Needed replacement for part of the frame of front door. He did a fantastic job in matching the replacement panel to the rest of door. He also painted the entire frame and replaced some additional wood that we damaged at top of frame and caulked it all. Also had a basement door frame sanded and repainted. He was very good at keeping me informed of the process."

"Nv helped us with our one story addition over three years ago. Everything was seamless on the foundation prep contract and we’re happy on our one story to this day. Would hire again for our needs. Professional and timely"

"The kitchen remodel was an exceptionally professional process from start to finish. Jeff and Deanna were a fantastic team to work with. They both worked with us to meet all of our needs for our kitchen renovation. Deanna went above and beyond from a design aspect to get us exactly what we were looking for in our new kitchen. The installation team was professional timely, and very easy to work with. All items were measured with precision and our custom kitchen came together perfectly. And to top it all off they were able to complete the kitchen renovation in less time and deliver us our dream kitchen early!
