They were very responsive to our initial request, and we talked to one of the owners of the company via phone and in person within 7 days of our outreach. The project is probably too small for their level of services, but we will definitely consider using them for a future, more complex interior home renovation. They were very nice and giving of their time and expertise, and their build process seems very professional and polished. We had an excellent experience with them."

"We were very impressed and happy with ICM Remodeling's work. First, they provided a thorough estimate as well as consultation about overall design as well as specific products. Their quote was better than several others. Most importantly, they deliver very high quality work. They do not cut corners on any work. When unexpected obstacles arose due to previous repair jobs that had been done in the bathroom, Israel brought them to our attention immediately and provided estimates for our approval before moving forward. The job was finished on time and looks fantastic.The team is VERY easy to work with, and Israel was highly responsive -- both during the job, and afterward. A few weeks after completion, I asked him to come address an issue with the shower door and he took care of it within a couple of days. I would be very happy to work with ICM Remodeling on another project, and recommend them highly."

"I would recommend Capstone Remodeling to anyone who will listen (I already have two friends planning on reaching out). Stephen, Jaime, Nelson, Geraldo, and Juan Carlos all did amazing work and I plan on hiring them for any future work I have done on my home. Stephen was very responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. The first thing I noticed was that Stephen discussed my options with me and made sure the solution he was providing was what I needed. I've dealt with other contractors who talk over me or try to convince me they know best, but not Stephen. He was also very mindful of time and budgeting concerns as some less than pleasant surprises were discovered under my existing floor. Stephen, Jaime, and Nelson had their work cut out for them and had to rip out the existing flooring structure on about 350 sq ft of my house, which had not been built correctly when it was originally added. That room used to be a safety issue (the floor was falling apart) and now it's my favorite part of the house. They also extended the new flooring throughout the main level of my house. Geraldo did a beautiful job of repairing drywall, patching, and painting the addition. He is so meticulous and skilled that I don't think I can ever be satisfied to paint a wall on my own anymore. Juan Carlos laid new tile for my fireplace hearth and has made it such a wonderful feature of the house. I know this is a long review but I really can't say enough good things about Capstone Remodeling and everyone who worked on my house. I am so used to having to be on top of things and figure things out on my own but Capstone Remodeling was dedicated to making sure everything was taken care of and done well. They are the best!"

"We were repeat customers with VKB (master bath remodel a couple of years ago). We redid our two spare bathrooms and a powder room this time. The pros: VKB’s construction side is the reason to choose them! They do a Jason, the project manager, did an excellent job. He kept in constant communication with us, and addressed all of our needs and emerging questions about the project. Walter, the crew leader is fantastic! He managed every aspect of the project while Jason was on vacation and even had excellent ideas and suggestions for the project. He went above and beyond. Jason and Walter are the reasons to go to VKB. The cons: The one major negative is that Sean, our designer, was completely unavailable. The fixtures he suggested, for the most part had 2-3 star reviews on most vendor’s sites. When we asked him to send us some options that were better rated, he basically told us to choose whatever we liked, he could not provide any additional help. He was barely involved in any of the selections, was very slow to respond (often taking more than 10 days to respond to emails), and did not keep on top of our selection requests. Some of our selections were not noted. The bottom line: Once we had made the selections, and all the materials were ordered, Jason and Walter took over, and from then on, it was smooth sailing! In short, the construction crew at VKB is fantastic, and they are definitely worth the money. I highly recommend VKB to my friends. 5 stars for construction crew, 1-2 stars for the design side."

"We had a phenomenal experience with National Home Design & Build and can’t recommend them enough. Patrick was with us from concept to permitting to demo to build and we are absolutely thrilled with our new space. We had a loft space that made several hundred square feet of unusable space in our house. Patrick worked with us to understand the design options, work us through the concept and process, did all of the permitting and managed the process from start to finish. We now have a full third bedroom in our house, a brand new walk-in closet, a new ceiling and lighting in our kitchen and we also had them replace all of the carpeting in our second bedroom, hall, two staircases and a closet. We can’t recommend them enough and Patrick will be our first call the next time we need to renovate."

"Tomas M from JW did a great job. Needed replacement for part of the frame of front door. He did a fantastic job in matching the replacement panel to the rest of door. He also painted the entire frame and replaced some additional wood that we damaged at top of frame and caulked it all. Also had a basement door frame sanded and repainted. He was very good at keeping me informed of the process."
