"Originally scheduled for Nov 25 between 12 and 4. At 4 was caled and told technician had gotten tied up at another job and visit rescheduled to between 8 and 10 Nov 27. At 11:00, when no technician had arrived or called, told by receptionist that he was almost done on another job and was in the immediate area. At 1:00, technician still had not arrived. Told by receptionist that he had tried to call (no missed calls on my caller ID), so he had gone onto another appointment. He did call a few minutes later with a different story about a flat tire, and that he would need to reschedule to today 11/30/2009. Showed up promptlyon time today with no idenitification or uniform suggesting he was Furniture Medic technician. Provided estimates on two other jobs that I need done, then with his back turned to me, while starting the small repair, apologized for 11/27/09 failure to keep appointment. Did very carefully explain why today's repair may not blend well into counter top, especially matching the high gloss finish. Gloss part is blended very well, but the color is darker than the adjacent counter top."
