The technician arrived at 8:00 a.m. and instead of shutting the water off, allowed it to continue leaking for approximately three hours while he tried to determine ?how my mother?s credit was? so they could charge her for additional work. He even made the comment, ?Oh, there is no way you could afford this in cash,? which was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional.
