Per their points inspection, the Tech verified that there was no gas leak from my water heater. The thermostat was not inspected since it is functioning and we are observing COVID recommendations. I was given a five-hour window for the Tech to arrive. This is the longest time frame ever. I assume that the extra COVID procedures are the reason. The Tech was professional and respectful of home COVID measures."

"Tim and his team exceeded every expectation I have. I am an educated consumer of home improvement services and have contracted for numerous projects over the past 10 years in a 100 year old bungalow.
