"Barbara was phenomenal. A true professional dedicated to her craft and excellent customer service. We had a custom toilet that stopped working, and a leaky faucet in the same bathroom. She reached out right away after requesting a quote through Angi, and she came the same day. At first she told us that the toilet required a part she’d have to order, and after fiddling with the faucet, recommended the 15 year-old fixture be replaced. I offered to purchase it from Home Depot or Lowe’s she agreed to come back to replace the old one and install it in 3 days. After she left, she called me back and asked if she can return because she figured out how she could try to fix the toilet with existing parts she had in her truck. She did it. The toilet is functioning better than it did before the problems began! She then returned 3 days later as promised to replace the bathroom faucet, a complicated project because of the cabinet structure that she stuck with and skillfully completed. On a personal note. We bonded once I asked about the name of the company, which her father, who founded the company, named after his Navy ship. My dad also served in the Navy. Barbara kept me regularly posted about when she’d arrive and the progress of the work. She was true to her word. I’d gladly paid her for her excellent work."

"As always, it went very well. A message left with the home office was answered quickly and an appointment made to review various options. The sink was put on order and the job was completed in less than 1 week. Tim was polite, professional, precise with both the measurements and the installation of the new sink and willingly explained each step in the process. Mako has been my go-to plumbing company for many years. I have always been happy with both their professionalism and quality of work. I have referred several friends all of whom have been equally pleased with their work and would not hesitate to recommend to others."

"HG Plumbing showed up on time with the appointment. The work was performed very well. He made numerous good suggestions for other projects in the house. He responded to price inquiries well. I definitely would recommend Harris to any business or homeowner."

"Enea and Eres arrived promptly to remove our basement 75gallon leaking water tank and install a new one they brought with them after my frantic early morning call. They installed the new tank, working perfectly, then carried out the extremely heavy old tank up narrow wooden stairs and with heroic effort managed to heave it up and out of the building and arranged for it to be picked up that afternoon Well worth the cost of the job, thoroughly knowledgeable, and prompt service Will call them in future for more home plumbing needs that arise Thank you to AE Mechanical & Heating/Eno Plumbing & Heating for saving the day!!"

"We had a main water line leak between two houses on our property. We received 4 estimates to replace the pipe. All recommended replacing vs trying to repair the pipe. Advanceds’ estimate wasn't the lowest, there was one lower estimate but we elected to go with them because their technicians (Jason and Taz) were so helpful and so pleasant. We felt we could trust them to do a good job as quoted and do it on time. This job was difficult as the main line lies underground beneath asphalt driveway and lawn. The asphalt and the lawn are separated by a low wooden retaining wall. The plan was to dig a trench straight through from house to house and replace the existing pipe with a new pipe. We would later have to repave the trench which would be roughly 50’ long. In addition, we would probably have to rebuild the older retaining wall. The day of the project the owner of the company, Sam, studied the situation and came up with a different plan. He and his team were able to push the pipe through the sleeve which held the broken pipe!! This prevented any need to dig!! No digging!! No breaking up the asphalt, no need to repave, no need to reseed the lawn, no need to fix the retaining wall!! Done. In a matter of hours. Can you imagine our relief? Our actual invoice was for less than half of what was originally quoted. Sam also saved us a lot of money in future repaving and possibly repairing the short retaining wall costs. Sam is not only very knowledgable but is a man with integrity. My feeling throughout this experience with Advanced is that we were all on the same team. Props as well to Isha who works in the office. Isha patiently answered all of our questions and was helpful all around. All scheduling was quick and punctual and we were kept in the loop through it all. A great team who take pride in their work! We highly recommend Advanced Professional."

"Ackeno provided me with a free quote and delivered exactly what he promised, including a drain pan with drain system to protect against water leak. I was considering between tankless and conventional water heaters, and Ackeno was very knowledgeable about both systems. He's very cost-conscious for his customers, and the price was reasonable. The water heater he got for me is a high-quality commercial one, which is more durable against corrosion. I'm glad I hired HSM."

"Frank came by to inspect why water was coming from underneath my tub. It was found to be a cracked tub. They Replaced it the following day. Great honest work."
