He took care of everything. He walked me through every step, explaining what needed to be done, what the issues were, what materials were needed, and how to overcome problems of dealing with flooring that was over 25 years old. He helped with ordering the supplies, picking them up and haul away of the old materials. Tyler caught the vision of what I wanted and made the dream come true. Mainly moved up to 6x6 cedar posts for the acceptance of heavy duty hinges to reduce gate sag. Also did a standard build to gate where I feel a triple rail boxed gate would of alleviated the strength and sag issues. Reason for drop of a star. Miscommunication as to expectations with this project. I needed to be more direct to Troy on what was expected. Great job for what was accomplished. Drop of a star mostly due to Gate Sag and will have to be re-worked within a year to address construction issues but, overall the intoxicating smell of fresh cedar can't be enjoyed enough. Thx Troy."
