The trim was rotted and water was getting into the wall causing damage, along with that, we desperately needed to replace our shingles. My husband and I wanted vinyl siding done. Adam, was very helpful with the whole process. Before I knew it everything we needed done had gotten done, and then some. What I liked most about this company was he never pushed or tried to sell us on any services. We just happened to ask. Once again, Adam took care of what we wanted to do and more, because we asked, including our garden beds. When they did the siding, they replaced ply wood in the areas that needed it, and also repaired the foundation, in certain spots. Adam also did the interior of our wall, where that window was. ALL VERY reasonable in price! Considering that they did quite a lot. They are my go to guys!! I've hired them for life! Highly recommend!!"

"I have a Home Warranty with AHS and the Home Warranty company called A-1 Appliance to come out and do my repairs.  A-1 Appliance told my husband many parts were needed and would be ordered and they'd be back in touch to schedule the next visit.
 I heard nothing by 4 days later so I called the AHS and they knew nothing.  It turns out  that A-1 does not work on "sealed systems" but they did not convey that or anything else to my Home Warranty Company who also dropped the ball.  They next called New England Appliance Repair who came right away and also told me they needed many parts.  Instead of waiting days and days, N.E. Appliance expedited the shipment of the parts and they're return to my home so that within a couple of days the repairman Bill was back here repairing not only my refrigerator but my wall oven as well which was way off temperature.  I will tell AHS in the future that I only want to use N.E.A.!"

"I called Chris on Tuesday to make an appointment for a repair on our washing machine, he said he was booked up for the day but could come over between 6 and 7 tonight or the next morning if that worked better for us, we had him come over that night ON TIME! He ran the fault code and found that the drain pump was the problem. He showed me how to take the pump apart to clean it out and then reinstalled it , we found that foreign material had damaged the pump so it needed to be replaced. Chris showed me how to remove the damaged pump  and how to install a new pump myself and where to buy it he also said he could do the install if I preferred. I did the job myself the next day as the repair was relatively easy and saved some money. I feel that his attitude,guidance and professionalism made him a great choice for my repair needs and we would hire him again without hesitation We paid him $100 for the hour he spent trying to fix the washer and teaching me how to fix it myself"

"Beautifully!!! We had an emergency - Thanksgiving eve and the oven won't light! It was late but Al and Bonnie came over to check it out. They needed a different part (because of a problem with a previous repair) and came back today - Thanksgiving - to do the actual repair. Thanksgiving is saved thanks to Al and Bonnie!!!
