"They left gaps and installed small pieces of wood in the stairs instead of a sole step in each step section when I asked them to come and inspect the job the inspector started jumping in the stairs stating they were sturdy. Now that the season changes all the wood has expanded and compress and look awful $10K in the trash. Had to get another vendor to repair the problem. Empire doesn?t do the job they hired little mom?s and pop?s contractor to do the job"

"Jonathan and his team absolutely went above and beyond for my family. From the initial consultation to the installation he made the process so easy. We have a lot of pets too and he was very honest about which flooring to use to last. This company has great pride in their work and it really shows. My floors were originally installed by NFD and were falling apart. NFD would not help. Basically, they told us to hire an outside party to fix them and that we were on our own. We waited a long time and just dealt with having bad floors. Until Jonathan and his team came around and truly transformed, not only our floors, but entire home. They have many different options for the type of flooring you like and Jonathan was very open and honest about the cost and entire process. I have several more projects I need done as we have an old house. I will definitely be calling this company again. Wish I found them sooner. Will also update my review with pictures soon. "The installers were very hard working. They did not do one of the corners correctly and part of this floor is a piece of raw wood which moves around and is a safety hazard. I have lung cancer and because o0f my current chemo and radiation sessions I'm having a hard time coordinating my health care with the installers"
