He went beyond the call of duty--even vacuumed the dusty areas, including the coils! He told me to call him if no ice were made within 24 hours and he would return, but it was making ice in 3 or 4 hours and no water leaks! "Communication is a problem with this company. I had to call to make the appointment even though I had all the dates available on the signup. On Monday the day of the appointment, I had to call to check on my appointment which was 10-12 at 11:40. They said they would be out there shortly, but I had to call back again at 1:15 to cancel( outraged) -a waste of my day off. Setup the appointment for Friday for 8-10 but, yet again I called they had my name down but, didn't have a time for me. They did dispatch a technician right away and he accomplished the task of replacing an outside hose bib and line in a timely and professional manner."
