And electrical, along with several small problems. It's going to cost several thousands of dollars to get fixed something that should be fixed by him. As we are still under warranty."

He visited my house within a day to give me a quote and once the door was available from his supplier, he did the installation on the date we agreed on at exactly the price quoted. "After the inspection was performed, Vernon, call me right away. He informed me of the extent of the foundation damage , and what was the root cause of it. The house was recently flipped, and his photos showed the poor quality of workmanship by the company, heat ducting smashed closed, no pads for blocking if the floor beams, a portion of the crawl space was so narrow, it would only be able to be accessed from the top side.He also provided me with a verbal ball park estamate on what it would take to correct these problems."

"WOW! Seriously, J&J Construction did an AWESOME job throughout our Build Your Own Basement program. Jeremy and Dan were communicative, quick to respond, and thorough. I didn't go more than a few hours without a response whenever I had a question. If I ran into any issues with the sub-contractors, they were quick to jump right in and demand replacements / repairs. We also passed our initial and our final inspections with the city on our very first try both times. This is an easy 5 star review. Quick guessing and call them already!"

She replaced an antiquated tub and surrounding shelf with an Ella’s Bubbles ‘Big4One” Walk-in Tub, the surrounding shelf and adjacent tile floor. Her workmanship was outstanding and the end result is close to perfection. In the second task she replaced old square tile with hexagon tile and repainted the toilet room. Our Master Bathroom has been transformed from an eyesore to a modern masterpiece. Nekole is very knowledgeable and professional. She is also a pleasant to work with. I strongly recommend her for virtually any remodeling task. I also note that she did an excellent job of cutting our cat’s toenails"
