"It was great from start to finish. Steve and Steve arrived promptly at 8 am and were done by 12:15. They waited to greet the stucco repair guy and show him what had to be done. Steve came back at about 2 to make sure the job was done correctly, which it was. You couldn’t tell that any repair was made to the stucco. The bonus for me was a small piece of base trim on the Wall was damage by dry rot so Steve took off. When he came back to inspect he brought a piece of the same base trim and replaced it. He said he had the same trim at home. The back patio was cleaner than when they came. My new door is great and once my dog was used to the new doggie door he’s been enjoying his freedom ever since! Mr. Coughlin did everything he said he was going to do at the price he quoted from the very beginning. I would highly recommend this company."

"An unusually strong and prolonged wind blew out two sections of our uphill, north vinyl fence. The company repaired it, as promised, about a week after we called about the damage. Time will tell, of course, but the fence still looks fine, and the additional screws that were installed to fasten the lower support securely to the posts may have solved the problem. Based upon the efficiency with which The House Next Door constructed the fence and the integrity they demonstrated when we needed a repair on the lifetime-warranteed fence, I would recommend this company and may hire them again for additional projects."
