"Everything went really great.  Tom was very responsive to my calls and kept me informed of his schedule as we neared the original estimated date.  I happened to work from home on the days Tom was here and when I would go in to see how things were progressing, Tom was always laser focused and I could tell he was working hard.  He definitely was not one to take his time and drag out the project to milk as much money as he can out of you.   We threw a curve ball by adding a design we had not anticipated.  Tom was honest that it could take longer than originally planned and we knew that upfront b/c he explained when we met him for the original estimate that if we were to change the design by adding angled cuts or something, that it would take longer. We were okay with that b/c we wanted it done right and we did not want to settle for something we did not love and would have to stare at it every day for the rest of our lives.   The final product was beautiful.  My wife was super happy, which in turn makes me happy.   I would certainly recommend Tom to anyone that is looking for a great tile contractor and one that is also responsive.   if we ever need tile work in the future, Tom will be the first person I reach out to.

"Great!! Two different handymen, two different occasions. Both men were professional and friendly. Replacing the interior door took some time, and it was worth it! Dean was meticulous (and went up and down the stairs so many times) to make sure the door fit properly in the frame and opened easily over the carpet (which the previous door never did). Separately our front stoop needed repair - pulling off the existing stone/brick that was deteriorating and replacing it with bluestone. James does beautiful work - he is a master in masonry. Coming out of lockdown and having both men show up with all the necessary PPE put me at ease - they were being very careful and following all the guidelines. I've already scheduled them for more work. Well worth the price!!"

We hired Bo for grout repair, caulking/sealing and to fix our glass shower door. His work is meticulous, our corner shower looks new again and Bo addressed our biggest concerns about preventing water from leaking to the first floor ceiling. "Brian re-grouted a shower stall and our kids' bathroom. He also fixed up some other missing grout in our master bath. He did a very good job in one section where I think he took off the tile and re-seated it. It took him most of the day and it came out good"

I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. cleaned. 
My memory of the process was two seedy guys come to your home, crank up a truck vacuum and have at it; the
entire house done in an hour and a half. 
Atlantic is quite different.  Bill came in and we sat down to discuss what my goals were for the cleaning.  He carefully measured the exposed areas and formulated a plan.  It would require deep suction vacuuming, followed by spot treatment and then the steam vacuum.  It took most of the day to get the job done because he is a perfectionist who takes great pride in his work. 
I have two dogs, so there was a lot of work to do.  I am very pleased and would never have found Bill without Angie?s list. 
Worth every penny.  PS:  He a ?GREEN? company so no bad chemicals to worry about.
