"I called Joe twice. First I hired him to change the fixtures of my shower. The shower is old so it wasn't something I could do. He did a great job. The guy's a master plumber, licensed and all. Second, about a month later I had a leak and water leaking from the shower arm into my wall. I called JOE and he showed up an hour later and fixed it!
