"Nestaly and Edwin did a great job replacing an exterior wooden staircase and metal railing system with a Trex solution that is both beautiful and solid as a rock. They were here at 8 AM both days and cleaned the debris up afterward. Wonderful people and company to have working with me on this project. Fair pricing for this project and I was so pleased with the result that I already booked them to replace a couple of windows and exterior door. I will certainly use them in the future and can"t recommend them enough."

"Exceptionally professional with the highest quality of work. Mine was not just a paint the house job. It involved replacing some of the cedar shakes and staining, replacing several windowsills and painting, fixing the bulkhead and installing a storm door. They treated me as not just a highly valued customer, but as a part of an extremely outstanding family (baby Rain is already showing signs of genius). I will be using them again for some inside work and would recommend them without reservation. Great experience in every way!"

"After calling a number of contractors for quotes on this project, we decided to go with KFG, as the pictures of Kevin's work looked really good, and he was extremely responsive and professional when I reached out to him to come take a look at the job ad provide a estimate. He came out very quickly and followed up with a quote. He was very helpful in discussing options and providing his input to help decide on some details of the project. It did take a little longer than expected to get started, but the weather is an uncontrollable factor and he was very good about answering questions and providing updates. Once work began, Kevin kept us informed, was very efficient and did a BEAUTIFUL job on the stamped patio and pre-cast concrete stairs that he installed. We are very happy with his work, and he was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend KFG Concrete."

"We ordered the pad, they sent us a kit to create the template used to make the pad. Was easy to use and sent it back. A few weeks later the pad came and fit perfectly. I couldn't be more satisfied."

"It went very well. He is coming back to replace the doors that open to the washing machine and dryer. My new dryer does not allow the doors to close correctly. I could not be more, pleased with his work. I will call them for all future projects."

"Very professional organization, the crew that Services Plus assigned to our project did it all - carpentry, shingle siding replacement where needed, sealing all seams and joints, scraping off all loose or damaged paint, and then painting the entire house, both airless spray (2 coats) and brush where needed, such as on doors and trim. Their attention to detail was very impressive, not just for the actual work but also for the daily cleanup and keeping the worksite policed and orderly. When they left for the day, you would not know that there was a major painting project underway. The house also had a new roof and windows put in before the carpentry and painting work, and the crew and site manager conferred with the roof contractor as to how best to protect the metal shingle roof from both damage and overspray. The new roof was a pristine after the job was completed as it was before they began the work. Services Plus also coordinated their work with Andersen to begin immediately after the windows were installed - the timing was perfect so that no trade interfered with the other. One last thing that must be mentioned - the contracts written for the carpentry work and painting (separate contracts) were very detailed as to the scope of the work and Services Plus’s responsibilities, and there were no surprises whatsoever when it came time to do the final inspection and write the checks. Again, very professionally done. Bottom line is that while we've had the house painted several times in the 26 years we've lived here, this has been the most impressive of all the painting contractors we've had to bring on board."
