He was very good at explaining things, and getting the tile installed perfectly. They were very pleasant and respectful of my home. "Everything was handled professionally all the way thru the process. They have 4 additional warehouses you can use for selection of the granite. We ended up using the warehouse down on Sherman Av, and were treated with courtesy and professionalism. Our 2 final selections were also much lower in cost then expected. Just for Granite was substantially lower in overall cost than one of their competitors that advertise cheap prices. And also included the 15 year sealing at no additional cost."

"Tina Hawk came out for the estimate. They charge for labor and the customer buys the supplies. Tina drove us to the tile store and we selected and purchased our tile. Tony Hawk installed the tile. He had to remove the old first. Our entry way is roughly 4 feet by 15 feet. Tina suggested we rim the tile for a finished look. That was a good idea because the new tile was just a hair higher than the old. The rim gives it a nice finish. Tony used matching caulk to finish the edge and you can barely tell it wasn't the original flooring.

"The installers came Friday afternoon on March 20th and got right to work.   The carpet had been installed three years ago and
had developed several wrinkles which did not look well and could cause tripping down the line.
The job was completed in about an hour and a half and looked like it had just been installed.  They also  repaired  a loop in the carpet that was coming loose.   We were pleased with the results of the carpet stretching and repair.
We will definitely use this service again.

"I HAD THE TUB RE-SURFACED ALMOST EXACTLY 10 YEARS AGO. HE ASKED ME WHO DID IT, AND I SAID I DIDNT KNOW. HE SAID HE KNEW HE DID NOT DO IT. I THINK MAYBE HIS SON DID THE WORK THE FIRST TIME, BUT THE HANDWRITING WAS THE SAME. HIS SON WAS IN THE HOUSE THIS TIME AND SAID NOTHING WHEN WE DISCUSSED WHO DID THE WORK BEFORE. I REMEMBER A BROWN-HAIRED YOUNG PERSON, AND LATER I REALIZED THAT THIS PERSON IN THE HOUSE HAD DYED HIS HAIR BLONDE. AFTER THINKING THE TUB LOOKED GREAT, I WAS LEFT FEELING THAT THIS SITUATION WAS STRANGE. ALSO, WHEN TALKING TO HIM BEFORE THE WORK WAS DONE, HE INDICATED THAT THE WORK WOULD LAST 15 YEARS; WHEN THE FORM WAS COMPLETED AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE (I REALIZE I SHOULD ALWAYS GET IT FIRST!), THE WARRANTY WAS 5 YEARS. I FEEL LIKE I KNOW HOW TO TAKE BETTER CARE OF THE TUB THIS TIME, BUT I WAS STILL LEFT WONDERING ABOUT THIS COMPANY."
