"They came and gave me a bid for repair which according to angi.com was above the high end of for this type of repair. I needed it done quickly so I okayed the repair. I never received a written estimate or work repair order. I was told that his wife does that on Sundays and I would receive it via email. I still have not received it. The work was done and the garage door is working, but I feel as though I could have had it done cheaper and with written paperwork and a warranty. I have a standard garage door and the repair cost me $350.00 plus tax."

He quickly worked with the sensor getting it to work again. He explained that at our opener was past its average lifespan, but that it might work another ten years. We decided to keep the opener for now and continue to work with it. Before leaving Spenser cleaned, oiled, and adjusted the unit so it is now working at top efficiency. It is much quieter than before. We will definitely be calling Legacy when it becomes time to replace the opener. We could not have asked for better service."
