After calling around to other testing companies, I ended up hiring Big Apple Mold to run a mold test for me. David came, was very patient and thorough in showing me what he was doing and even threw in an extra swab to be tested for free. I got the results back about a week later, which I sent to management. They finally agreed after getting insurance involved to remediate the problem with an outside remediation firm. David and his team were nothing but helpful and even recommended a public adjuster I could contact in case I was unable to get an equitable resolution to the mold problem in my unit.
