"We hired Valeria and Ed to complete a full renovation of our historic brownstone in Manhattan. They provided us a detailed, incredibly accurate and competitive quote for completing the renovation, regarding both budget and timeline, and stayed entirely within the budget and timeline projected. They were also able to seamlessly pivot and adapt when we made several drastic scope and design alterations during construction. Even considering these changes, Valeria and Ed stayed within the projected timeline for completion of our project.
