"Technician was very pleasant and seemed competent. He said I was expected to provide the materials. When I objected, he said this was to prevent any padding of materials by the contractor. I advised him that I did not have time to run down materials and would not know what to buy anyway. I said that the last technician from the company purchased the material he needed and I reimbursed him. He said he could do that. I warned him that any padding of material cost would result in a law suit and notification of the attorney general. Later that afternoon, a woman from the company called and said she didn't feel comfortable with threats to her technician. She was very defensive about it, and I cancelled the contract."

"We had the Geek Squad out 3 times to repair our dishwasher. It was worse after each visit. The 4th time I called them to try and get it done again they said that our warranty had ran out. But 5hat if we wanted to pay them they would come back out. Yeah rite! So we were blessed to be in contact with Bergen Co, LLC. It took him an hour to assess the situation and fix it. We plan to have them back out to do some more work for us."

"This is the second time I have used Brewer. I used them about 5 years ago when I had a new floor installed in the downstairs. The price aws good, we got exactly the product we wanted, and they were super flexable when scheduling. They got everything done in a timely manner and were very easy to work with. The one thing that was an issue is when one of the installers scratched the wall pretty good while moving furniture. They were very proactive in getting it fixed however, and were professional and responded fast to cooridnate a drywall person.Overall everything went well and I would reccomend them to anyone! He built a walk-in tile shower area, reconstructed the closet area to maximize space and re-built  the toilet area to make a highly funtional and beautiful area.We have lived in the bathroom area for 2 plus years with no problems. The only issue we had was how long it took to complete. Part of the challange was the project was larger than originally scoped. We are completely satisfied with all of the work."
