"I forgot the man's name but he said our stackable w/d was from the 90s and couldn't get parts, he said just get a new one. We have him 150$ cash and he left. It turns out the machine is dated 06/08. We have a picture. We'd like at least part of the 150$ returned since he was incorrect and didn't do any work except telling us we need the new appliance. "That Granite Place was hired to install Quartz countertops in a home I owned by the general contractor, Garrison Homes. The countertops were installed incorrectly (on an angle) as well as cut incorrectly. Despite countless emails and phone calls, they refused to do the repair since they were paid in full. The operations manager, Mark Widen, said his hands are tied and that they wont honor the repair or warranty. I wouldn't EVER deal with this company again nor would I recommend them to my worst enemy!!!"
