"Braxton came as scheduled to level up the various slabs of concrete in our driveway. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We are pleased with the work he did and the level of service he provided! The weather did not allow him to finish the job to his satisfaction. So, he returned a few weeks later when the weather was forecast to be dry for the day to seal the cracks and cover them with sand. Not only was the end result aesthetically-pleasing, it is sealed now to protect from any water getting underneath the concrete slabs in the future. He and Landon were professional, thorough and efficient. Highly recommend!"

"My husband and I were finally ready to take the step of building a garage but didn’t know who to use so submitted a request. Within minutes Scott called to schedule an appointment with us. He came to our home and made sure to have a full understanding of our vision and answered all the questions we had. To our surprise he presented pricing to us in that first visit! We agreed to move forward and within weeks the crew broke ground and began the build, Scott was readily available to assist in anything we needed through the entire process. We still find ourselves shocked at the quality of work performed and in such a timely manner. We love having a safe place for our cars and some storage and would highly recommend Americas Best!"

"Renfro was outstanding. They first cleared out dirt (and a small tree stump) to create the proper grade. They were communicative throughout the whole job, and finished by cleaning up the area, making it look incredible. We're completely satisfied.  <br /> Renfro, being so good at what they do, are in high demand. So, get in touch with them early. They originally weren't going to be able to do our job for a couple of months, but an opening came up and they got us in early. <br />  Look no further than these guys if you need any concrete work done at all. A+++ <br />"

"I’m incredibly impressed with Jaco Waterproofing. I had a number of structural maintenance issues I needed addressed after a home buying inspection revealed some problem areas. They didn’t miss a single thing in the engineer’s report. The guys were incredibly efficient. Everything was finished in a day and half. There was no delay or half finished job and minimal impact to my yard when it came to installing the piers under the front porch steps. Just had to re-lay some flower bed bricks and shift some displaced flowerbed dirt. They were as neat and careful as possible, and offered effective solutions that were financially reasonable. I would call them again in a heartbeat for structural and waterproofing needs. They earned my trust and future business. Thank you for your excellent work Jaco!"

"Jim burkhead actually took photos of our roof and explained why we needed extra flashing saving us a leak in the future. He showed us exactly where we needed the guards and why. <br />"

"I found them on Angie's List. They were very responsive and called me back right away. They were busy and sent someone out within a week or so. He looked at our property, we had some steps that were eroding and we don't need their services at all. He suggested getting a general contractor and rerouting the water away from our house, the drainage. It was good. It was just an estimate, so there wasn't a charge. Since he couldn't see anything that they could do, then there was no charge. He was very helpful and honest. He was very knowledgeable and I felt he knew what he was talking about. I appreciated that he didn't try to do a service that we didn't need. They got very high reviews."

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Greenville, IN

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
