"Great communication and quick scheduling of estimate. The guys showed up and were extremely respectful of my property. They fully explained what the problem was and what the appropriate repair would be and gave me an estimate. Ultimately the buyers of my home did not request the repair so I left the business card for the new owners, recommending this company if they wish to complete the repair."

"Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."

"A job well done despite the challenges of reach and access. The exhaust fan was 14 feet high and Manny had to get to it from the attic as well as from the bathroom to replace it. The new housing was a bit larger so it involved cutting a bit of the ceiling as well. All was accomplished very neatly in about two hours. Will definitely recommend and hire again!!!"

"The project went very well. The window frame upstairs was repaired without entire window replacement. The door frame around the French door downstairs was rotted. It was not salvageable. When we found the door size was no longer made, Javier came up with a solution and the work was completed in less than a day. Great job! I highly recommend these guys. This was the second project I had them do. I'd hire them again."

"Job was done in a timely manner and everything was cleaned up afterwards. Couldn't be happier with our new hot water heater and he has always been available for questions or concerns about other plumbing issues since then."

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Greenville, NC

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
