John Morel came in almost one half the cost. The other company wanted to do extra things do do the job, seems that was to make it easier on him. John proved that it was not necessary. Fellowship Plumbing answered the call and set aside/rearranged some service calls to come on the 26th. He came within the scheduled time, descaled the unit. after further inspection, it was determined that some filters within the unit were clogged w/ silt. They were cleaned and the system is up and running beautifully. The compassion given me under the circumstances was greatly appreciated.
