"The installation itself went well, and the additional items promised were received. We negotiated for more items since we didn't need an additional RO filter. NOW here is the BUT. We do have satisfactory whole house basic filtration, BUT it adjusts the pH the wrong way for us. Sales person tested water but I don't think she was used to seeing high pH like we have out here. We really needed a different solution to take care of that, but that wasn't suggested. So our water is even softer now. This keeps us from being satisfied with what is a good product otherwise. Last periodic servicing January 2017, satisfactorily performed."

He offered us a reasonable estimate of the work the first day we consulted with him and he stuck to that estimate. Clearly he had done work in older homes and knew what to expect. His crew, Enrique and Jose ( with Charlie occasionally) were excellent. They were respectful of our home, diligent in their work and very attentive to detail. The team came routinely at the same time and left at a reasonable hour each day. Communication from both Gary and Enrique was excellent, each making sure they understood what we wanted. We are very pleased with the result."
