"Woke up one morning to a broken garage door opener.  Did a quick search <br /> on Angies List and found DoorTech. Based on my initial inspection I <br /> thought I would be in for a new garage door opener.  I called DoorTech <br /> to have them come and install a new opener.  When I described what had <br /> happened they told me I may not need a new opener at all.  We actually <br /> had a bit of a laugh about how bad a salesman the owner was as he talked <br /> me out of a more expensive opener.  Nonetheless, they came out within a <br /> day and repaired the broken opener and it has worked great since.  They <br /> were even willing to bill me for the repair which was quite a treat in <br /> this day and age.  Overall, we had a great experience with them and will <br /> no doubt use them again if necessary.  They were far better than the <br /> 'Big Name' company we have used in the past. <br />"

"I called Overhead Door and they were extremely helpful. They told me what to look for to trouble shoot the problem and after all the connections and signals were checked, the problem was fixed. They stayed on the phone with me and walked me through it all. They helped me avoid the expense of a "call out" appointment. I will definitely call them again and will refer anyone who has garage door issues to them. Note to Overhead Door - Merci Boucoup."
