He was very communicative, sharing updates, hiccups (fortunately not too many - usually product delays), and recommendations. I can't say enough good things about his crew. They always arrived on time and worked diligently. They also indulged the many questions my husband and I had! His crew were excellent; they remove the old deck boards, installed the new material, minimized waste, and left us with a beautiful deck with excellent fit and finish. The job took a bit longer than expected due to weather and a couple miscalculations but he stuck to the price. Faris also pointed out a gutter and a gable issue with the home which his crew also repaired at a nominal additional cost."
