"This company was referred to me by close family friends who also use their service. I hired them to apply a flash coat of closed-cell foam to my home in November 2020. The quote was easy, Beau and Cody were communicative and knowledgeable, and the work was done quickly and well. We were generally satisfied with the service, price, and product. Fast forward to April 2022: I reached out as a repeat customer to get a quote to apply closed-cell foam in my garage. They set me up for 2 quote appointments. 1 of which was without follow-up correspondence for 2 days. The second, they messaged me 40 minutes before the scheduled appointment to tell me they were running late due to another job. I had already made arrangements with my employer to leave early and left. That was May 10th. They never showed up and have not returned my correspondence (not answered calls, voicemails, or texts). It is now a week later and still nothing. I am not sure what happened between 2020 and now, but I would expect at least a minimum level of courtesy as a repeat customer who has referred them to other people as well. "

The excellent communication, masterful craftsmanship, professionalism, and kindness shown by Bob, Linda, and their crew are above other companies. Bob and Linda both contacted me immediately upon requesting a quote, kept me informed every step of the way, and accommodated my schedule. Bob and his crew were right on time, very professional and informative on what they did, incredibly efficient, and left their work area tidy. They went above and beyond and even installed and secured electrical boxes in the brick for my new lighting. "I had originally called as I had some storm damage and needed them to look at a couple shingles. When they came out, they assured me they didn't need to go up onto the roof at all and told me I had some nail pops and the obvious shingles that were missing. I was quoted for the work (just under $1000) and had to put $500 as a deposit. fast forward to the day they came out. Not only did they bring a shingle not even close but when the project manager was up on the roof told me that I had way more going on up on the roof and they highly recommend replacing the whole roof due to water damage and condition of shingles. At this point I did my due diligence and shopped around after getting the quote for a full roof replacement. I got quotes from 4 other companies who all came up quite a bit lower (material costs across the board were lower), and the icing on the cake was the fact that EVERY SINGLE ONE asked me the question why didn't the first company go up on the roof at first as they all agreed I needed to replace it. So, if Cochran would have just went on the roof in the first place I wouldn't have had to even put the original deposit in which they didn't even fix issues as it needed replaced and so I paid essentially $500 for them to caulk a couple place and not just go on the roof THE FIRST TIME and find the issue up front... I called to let them know I was going with another company who was a much lower quote for the exact same work, and they didn't even offer a refund (ethical thing to do since they didn't even go on roof at first) and even admitted that they should have just gone on the roof the first time when I asked them to! If you are looking for a quote from this company, all I have to say is just avoid or be careful."
