"We called and left a message about our clogged sewer line in the evening after hours. Keaton called us back at 7:00 am and said he would have a tech out in an hour. Billy was friendly and knowledgeable. He called us, and showed up and did an excellent job. He tried to clear the line and found another problem. He had to drive back to Martinsville and get other equipment and came back. They did not charge us an additional fee. And because he discovered the reason for the break, the company who put their line in under our sewer line (causing our problem) agreed to pay the bill. So, no cost to us. As owners of a small business also, it was nice to have hardworking, professionals doing the job they said they would do until completed. The price was reasonable and they traveled from Martinsville to Franklin. The four other plumbers (we know personally) that we called in our hometown did not even return our call. We highly recommend Hudson and will use them again. Great job guys!"

"Long story short I was attempting to install a new vanity over the copper supply lines for a bathroom sink. I bent the copper pipe which caused it to begin leaking. It was a Sunday night at 5:30 pm. Dan showed up even quicker than he had estimated. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He fixed the leak quickly including making recommendations to replace the 30 year old shut-off valves, which he did at the same time as fixing the leak. He also noticed the outside shutoff valve was leaking and was able to tighten the valve so that it would no longer leak. He made it quick and painless. He tried to make the higher than normal (weekend night) service fee worth the call out for us. Although it was a little more expensive because it was a weekend night, it was nice to know it had been fixed and we could turn the water on again. It was a great experience compared to our previous horrible experiences we had with Mister Quik."

"Did good job, worked around my dogs. Scheduled my appointment Saturday online line. Being old I guess I would have like a e-mail/Phone call the next business day."

"The technician (Don H)) was very knowledgeable and was able to fix the strainer very quickly. He also "cleaned up" the plumbing from the disposal to the main drain and know I am able to put away my cleaners and stuff very neatly."

"I owe Ed Rishel a debt of gratitude for all of the time and effort he put into my problem. He was initially called to determine a problem in the lines to my septic and after inspection realized I needed a new tank and that my lines needed to be redone. He was thorough and courteous during the entire process. After the project was completed he took extra time, at no charge, to determine where all of my water lines drained out and made sure everything was in working order. I will use him again should I need any of the services he offers."
