"Mr. Pope and his assistant from Barco Electrical did an excellent job. They performed a survey, provided a timely estimate and completed the work on an agreed upon schedule. The work performed was top notch. Installed the outlets and switch exactly where I needed them. Upon completion they cleaned up the job site and left everything neat and tidy. Job required swapping out a fuse on the exterior panel (20 minutes), drilling a hole through to easy access pier/beam crawlspace (20 minutes), conduit, and plug. Total time for 2-man team, 2 hours. Cost $520. Typical outlet installation $100-150. This job shouldn't have cost parts plus $100 an hour for labor (2 men x 2 hours). Appreciate the professionalism of the team -- but would have skipped on them due to price if we hadn't been in a time crunch."

"I have had them for 19 years. I have had a number of issues, primarily with my air conditioning systems. It can be really costly to repair, so I have kept my policy intact. They have also made repairs to my microwave oven, my garage door a couple of times, plumbing, and electrical. They are always there for me and have been pretty responsive to get somebody to come out and fix whatever is broken. It can be as quick as the same day or 2-3 days later, it all depends on when I call and what type of service I am asking for. You have to go through a call center and push this and that. The call center could use some improvement. It's like a robo call. Once you talk to a human, they are pretty professional."
