"Promptly returned initial phone call and was punctual for the estimate. Once we scheduled a date, Mark came back out and went over what we needed to do to prepare. He explained exactly what he was going to do and sanded a small area in our kitchen which he applied five stain colors for us to choose from for our finish. The dust was well contained. After the final coat he came back out to touch up the floor. The floors are great. Really pleased that they came out so well."

"Some stains came out but they were not able to get out several stains. I was surprised since the stains were only there for about a week prior to cleaning. I've also noticed a few other small spots that look like they have come back."
