"I needed to have my crawlspace entrance widened to accommodate a new furnace. For starters, the wood frame around the entrance, nailed to the concrete foundation, would have to be removed. Additionally, a few inches of the concrete wall would have to be removed to make the opening even wider. The work was complicated by the fact that the entrance was surrounded by a small aluminum enclosure, which made things pretty cramped. <br /> The two NCC employees (Garret and another) arrived on time. They removed the frame with a large pry bar. They also made a clean 20" vertical cut through the 8" concrete wall. When they were done they made sure I thought the opening was large enough for the furnace. In the end, we concluded that the aluminum enclosure would also need to be removed. "A timely and efficiency job has been done. Near Me Roofing Company has good knowledge about roof, brought quite a few samples along with him and explained throughfully. After the explaination it is much easier to know what you need. The job took one day. The crew cleaned up pretty nicely and even cleaned my neighbor&#39;s driveway. "Mike was great. He came right over when I called, and submitted a bid on the spot. They broke out the old concrete with sledge hammers which minimized noise. Using a wheelbarrow, a Bobcat, and a dump truck they carted the old concrete to a recycling spot for landscapers. The cement truck parked in the alley, and they wheelbarrowed the new concrete in through the gate. There was not a mark left on the lawn. Everything was done skillfully, and the site was always neat.
