"There seemed to be a disconnect between Home Advisor and Regional Plumbing. The technician did not know about Home Advisor or that Home Advisor had referred them nor did he agree with the cost for the service. The charge was more than double what Home Advisor had quoted. Then when the work was finished he told me I had a leak requiring another service call (he didn't have the parts on the truck) for another $200. I was able to get the second repair for free from the warranty we have on our washer but here has been no apparent leak while waiting for Sears to come. This has left me with doubts about Regional."

"The project started as an emergency clean out on a Sunday night and ended up being a complete main line replacement. Matt agreed to a fair price, which had to go up a bit once the extent of the damage was discovered, as expected. Matt and his crew encountered huge issues with soil and some of the biggest roots I’ve seen while digging, but they plugged away (long days and probably harder work than they may have anticipated) at the issue til it was done. Very transparent, prices are more than fair. Gave really good insight into what was wrong and how best to fix it all. Went above and beyond. Would absolutely recommend."
